He has led the design and development of teams, systems, programs and processes, which led to numerous new customer acquisitions and repeat business. His excellent relationship building and management skills have successfully built networks within executive and senior level management, stakeholder teams and client partners. Having held key leadership positions in several organizations demonstrates his success and commitment to leadership and implementation of processes and practices aimed at reducing costs for organizations while increasing overall ROI.  Sales, Recruiting, and P&L Management positions have given Kevin the opportunity to grow companies and contracts over his many years in business. His initiative and relationships over the years have yielded technology contract wins worth millions.

For over 25 years, his association and professional affiliations as a Board of Directors Member and Chairman of various committees for such organizations as International Facilities Management Association, BOMA/Apartment and Office Building Association, Capitol Association of Building Service Contractors, Property Management Association, Ronald McDonald House Charities and Starlight Children’s Foundation.  He has held Board level positions with these organizations and won their most coveted associates awards such as, Titanium Sponsor Award from IFMA 2012, IFMA Allied Affiliate member of the year and Committee of the year, BOMA/AOBA Outstanding Associate Member of the Year Award, and BOMA/AOBA Outstanding Leadership Award, leading to brand recognition and awareness for him and his companies, allowing him to forge new relationships and business.  Kevin is also the recipient of the coveted Washington Business Journal “40 Under 40 Award” that is given to Washington’s distinguished business executives under 40 years old.

​   Earl Bentley is a seasoned and focused program management professional with over 23 years of United States Air Force Command & Control military service and commercial success as the strategic head of major DoD programs and projects.  He received his Master’s Degree in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and has used his skills that include Prioritization • Innovation • Leadership • Critical Thinking • Risks & Change Mitigation • Problem Solving, and expertise to successfully manage multi-million dollar programs and projects while employed by some stellar DoD industry partners such as TekConnX, Microtech. Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, and GTE Federal Systems.

Earl Bentley is a seasoned and focused senior program management professional with over 23 years of United States Air Force military Command & Control service and subsequent commercial success as the strategic head of major DoD programs and projects.  He received his Master’s Degree in Computer Resources & Information Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and has used his skills and expertise to successfully manage multi-million dollar programs/and projects while employed by some stellar DoD industry partners such as Computer Sciences Corporation, DynCorp, MicroTech and GTE Federal Systems. As a director of business units containing multiple projects, he has been highly successful in repeatedly retaining business with satisfied customers and winning new opportunities. He’s a mature professional that has led major joint programs supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines and he’s been cited numerous times for performance excellence. Often called an “Imagineer” like Walt Disney, he has been successful at connecting the dots between customer needs and unique solutions.

Being an ACAT-1 program and project manager, Earl has led programs that require system engineering, software development, application development and deployment, strategic planning and tactical execution, requirements analysis, configuration management, quality assurance/control, continuous process improvement (CMMI and ISO), Lean Six Sigma, Earned Value Management, product development and delivery, ITIL, business process re-engineering, IT, risk management, team building, facilitation, and proposal development.

Earl achieved and maintains the Project Management Institute’s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and uses those skills to indulge his passions, which include leading, managing, facilitating, executing, and successfully delivering quality products and services to satisfied customers. He is a program, project, and PMO services professional that dedicates himself to performance excellence, driving internal efficiencies through cost control, organizational development, process reengineering, and adroit management of teams and resources.
